๐Ÿš€ Getting Started

Zentro is a full-featured Discord bot for moderation, leveling, tickets, giveaways, polls, events, and more โ€” with a web dashboard to configure everything without needing a single command.

1. Add Zentro to your server

You'll need Manage Server permission (or Administrator) in the server you want to add Zentro to. Use the invite link below, select your server, and approve the requested permissions.

Add Zentro to Discord

2. Open the dashboard

Sign in with Discord to see every server where you can manage Zentro. Your access level shows right on each server's card:

  • Admin โ€” full access to every setting
  • Moderator โ€” access to whichever pages an admin has opened up (Tickets, Leveling, Moderation, etc. by default)
  • Member โ€” a limited view (currently: Events and your own Rank Card)

3. Basic setup checklist

A good starting order for a new server:

  1. Server Access Control โ€” decide which roles (if any) count as moderators
  2. Welcome/goodbye messages โ€” greet new members automatically
  3. Verification โ€” require a button click before new members get full access, if you want that
  4. Moderation โ€” automod filters, word lists, and escalation rules
  5. Leveling โ€” turn on XP/leveling for an activity ranking system
  6. Tickets โ€” set up a support category and role for an "open a ticket" button

Everything past that โ€” giveaways, polls, achievements, events, Applications, Server Stats, and the Twitch/YouTube integrations below โ€” is opt-in, turned on whenever you want it from the dashboard.

What's included

A quick tour of what Zentro can do โ€” everything below is configured from the dashboard.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Moderation & Safety

  • Automod that catches spam, unwanted links, profanity, excessive capitalization, and repeated messages
  • Scam link protection for Discord Nitro and Steam gift link phishing attempts
  • Trusted roles and users can be exempted from automod checks
  • Members get a DM explaining why their message was removed
  • Raid protection for suspicious mass account joins
  • Moderation logging to a channel of your choice
  • Manual tools โ€” warn, timeout, kick, ban โ€” with a searchable history

๐Ÿ“ˆ Leveling & Achievements

  • Customizable XP and levels, with optional role rewards at each level
  • Personal, visual rank cards for members
  • A server leaderboard
  • Custom, unlockable achievement badges

๐ŸŽซ Tickets, Roles & Announcements

  • Private support tickets, with staff able to respond from the dashboard or Discord
  • Reaction-based role assignment
  • Formatted announcement messages, with scheduling
  • Custom text commands with cooldowns
  • Auto-cleaning temporary voice channels
  • Polls, birthday recognition, and welcome/goodbye messages

๐Ÿ“ Applications & Forms

Members apply by DM, answering whatever free-text or multiple-choice questions you set up. Staff review each submission โ€” in Discord or right from the dashboard โ€” and Accept, Deny, or Cancel it, with roles added or removed automatically based on the outcome. An application someone starts but doesn't finish expires after 3 days, so they're always free to try again.

๐ŸŽ‰ Community & Fun

  • Giveaways with automatic winner selection and rerolls
  • An interactive name wheel with weighted odds
  • A starboard for highlighting popular messages
  • An invite leaderboard tracking who's bringing in new members

๐Ÿ“ข Staying in the Loop

  • Live alerts when you go live on YouTube or Twitch
  • DM notifications for admins/moderators about new tickets and giveaways

๐ŸŽฅ Twitch Chat Bot

Zentro extends into your Twitch chat too โ€” no commands needed, everything's configured from the dashboard's Social Alerts and chat bot pages.

  • Custom "!" commands, with cooldowns and permission tiers
  • Timers, counters, and quotes
  • Regular-viewer recognition and its own moderation
  • Chat activity counts toward the same XP system as Discord
  • Go-live alerts โ€” post a message and notify a role when you go live, with a "Sync to Discord" toggle so any chat command can double as a Discord command
  • ๐Ÿงช YouTube integration (beta) โ€” the same chat bot and go-live alerts, for YouTube. Add Zentro's YouTube bot account as a moderator on your channel first โ€” the dashboard shows you exactly which account once it's connected

Free vs. Premium

The core of Zentro is free. A handful of features that scale with how big or active your server is have generous free-tier limits, with an optional Premium upgrade โ€” managed per-server from the dashboard โ€” for unlimited use.

Commands

Most setup is easier from the dashboard, but everything below works directly in Discord too. Some commands can be restricted to specific roles by an admin.

Moderation

/warnings list <user> See a member's warnings
/warnings clear <user> Clear all warnings for a member

/mute unmute <user> Remove a member's timeout
/kick <user> [reason] Kick a member
/ban <user> [reason] [delete_days] Ban a member
/ban unban <user_id> Unban a user by ID

Leveling & Achievements

/leaderboard Show the server's top 10 members by XP
/achievements [user] Show your (or someone else's) achievement progress

Community & Fun

/poll create <title> <options...> [duration] [channel] Create a poll members vote on by reacting
/reroll [message_id] Pick a new winner for a giveaway that already ended
/event list List upcoming events
/reactionrole list List reaction roles set up in this server
/remember-birthday <month> <day> [year] Add your birthday
/birthday [user] Show your (or someone else's) birthday
/next-birthdays See who's got a birthday coming up

Utility

/remindme <in> <about> Set a reminder โ€” Zentro DMs you when it's time
/reminders list See your upcoming reminders
/embed create [channel] Post a custom embed
/announcement create <channel> <message> [delay] [repeat] Schedule a message, one-time or recurring

Tickets & Verification

/ticket setup <category> <support_role> [log_channel] Initial setup โ€” sets the category new tickets are created under. Must be done before /ticket panel.
/ticket panel [message] Posts the "open a ticket" button. Run this in the channel you want the button to appear in.
/ticket close [reason] Close the current ticket
/ticket reopen [reason] Reopen a closed ticket

All of this โ€” ticket setup, the panel, welcome messages, and verification โ€” can also be configured entirely from the dashboard instead of these commands, if you'd rather not use Discord for it.
