Privacy Policy

Zentro (the Zentro Discord bot and the dashboard at this website — together, "the service") is operated by Zentro, LLC ("we"). This policy explains what data the service handles and why.

The short version: we do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we use data only to provide the service.

What we collect

Discord account basics. When you log in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar, plus the list of servers you belong to. The server list is used only to work out which servers you can manage on the dashboard.

Server configuration. Settings you or your team configure on the dashboard — welcome messages, moderation rules, leveling settings, ticket setup, and similar — for servers where Zentro is installed.

Data the bot generates while running in your server. This includes XP and levels, achievement progress, ticket messages, moderation records, birthdays members choose to share, event RSVPs, giveaway entries, reminders, and scheduled announcements — whatever a server's admins have enabled.

Cookies and browser storage

The dashboard uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (a session reference tied to your Discord login) and briefly during the Discord login handshake itself. We don't currently use any third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The Cookie settings page linked in the footer is a placeholder for a future consent manager — we'll update this policy if that changes.

How we use data

To operate the service: running the features a server's admins configure, enforcing moderation, handling tickets, tracking leveling/achievements, and keeping the service secure. Our legal bases are performance of a contract (providing the service you signed into), and legitimate interests (security and moderation).

Who data is shared with

No one, except the infrastructure that runs the service: Supabase (database), Railway (bot hosting), and Cloudflare (dashboard hosting). The service operates inside Discord, so things you do there (messages in a server, ticket threads visible to that server's staff) follow Discord's own rules. We never sell personal data and never share it for advertising.

How long we keep data

Data is kept while it's relevant to running the service in a given server — for example, moderation records exist for accountability, and leveling/achievement data persists so progress isn't lost. If Zentro is removed from a server, that server's configuration is no longer used. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and UK GDPR), you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and object to processing. To exercise any of these, contact us in the official Zentro Discord server.

Children

The service is not directed at children. You must meet Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where your local law requires it) to use it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. See also our Terms of Service.
