Zentro (the Zentro Discord bot and the dashboard at this website — together, "the service") is operated by Zentro, LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What the service is

Zentro is a Discord bot and companion dashboard providing moderation, leveling, tickets, giveaways, events, social alerts, birthdays, temporary voice channels, and related community-management features. You need a Discord account to log in, and your use of Discord remains governed by Discord's own terms.

Not affiliated with Discord

Zentro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord and all related marks are trademarks of Discord Inc.

Who can use it

You must meet Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where your local law requires it). If you use the service inside a Discord server, that server's own rules also apply to you.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no harassment of other members, no attempts to exploit, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service, no automated scraping, and no use that breaks the law or Discord's terms. Server admins can restrict which of their members can access dashboard features through the access-control settings they configure, and we can restrict or terminate access to the service to protect other users.

Server configuration and content

Settings you configure on the dashboard apply only within your own server. You're responsible for how you configure moderation, leveling, tickets, and other features within your community, and for complying with Discord's own rules while doing so.

Availability and changes

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll update this page and its effective date, and your continued use means you accept the changes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentro, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service (currently nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
