"Full" devs can manage everything in the dev portal, including adding/removing other devs. "Read-only" devs can see every dev-portal page and leave feedback (roadmap/bug-report comments) but every other change is rejected. The main dev is marked 🔒 Protected — no one, including other full devs, can remove them from here.

Auto-send on status change
Automatically DM an applicant with a template. Pending sends the moment someone applies (as an acknowledgment); Invited and Rejected send the moment you change their status to that. Leave any of these set to "— none —" to not auto-send for it.
